IE School of Architecture and Design announces its Architecture+ Prize for young architects and designers. They are seeking to attract top talent from around the world to take part in one of IE School’s Master programs for the upcoming academic year. The winning entries will be awarded a scholarship toward tuition for the IE Master in Business for Architecture and Design.
Madrid based IE School of Architecture and Design expands the boundaries of traditional architecture and design education. Therefore, the establishment of this award, called ‘IE Architecture+ Prize’. Bringing together knowledge from many fields, including business, technology and management, along with critical thinking and creative approaches, They seek to empower students to prepare themselves for a changing world.
IE welcomes students who seek challenges and aspire to become leaders in the dynamic and evolving world of architecture and design.
Qualification of Participate
All those who hold a Bachelor or a Master Degree in Architecture, Design or related fields, who graduated between 2015 and 2019 and who were ranked top 25% of their class are eligible.
Timetable
– Registration: July 7~September 12, 2019
– Submission deadline: September 15, 2019 24:00 hours (GMT +0:00)
– Jury deliberations: September 16~October 12, 2019
– Announcement of winners: October 13, 2019
Submission Requirements
– Two DIN A1 vertical boards in PDF file at 300dpi(must not exceed 16 Mb)
– One JPG file as a summary illustration of the project(maximum recommended size of 1200px wide)
– One DIN A4 sheet in PDF format with a brief description of the project(must be in English)
– One DIN A4 sheet in PDF format with a text explaining the motivation(must be in English)
Prize
– 1st prize(1): admission to IE Master in Business for Architecture and Design program for the 2019-2020 academic year and scholarship worth € 11,500 towards the program tuition fees
– 2nd prize(2): admission to IE Master in Business for Architecture and Design program for the 2019-2020 academic year and scholarship worth € 7,000 towards the program tuition fees
-3rd prize(5): a diploma and free application fees for the master program
